Stay The Course
Some of the most memorable speeches ever are those given by leaders about to step away from their office. In Joshua chapter 23, Joshua knows that his life is drawing near its close, so he calls the Israelite leaders and delivers a farewell address to them, since they would be the successors to his leadership.
