The Consequences of Believing
Jesus knew His disciples would be despondent at the news of His departure, so in John 14 Jesus spoke encouraging words and insights to their hearts. Even though Jesus was leaving, He wanted them to know His power and presence would still go with them. As they kept on believing--- delightful consequences would come to pass.
